What To Expect

We would love to have you come and visit us on a Sunday morning! We know that it can be a little unnerving to come and be part of something new. Thus, whether you come from a church background or not– here’s an explanation of what we’re about here.

The Goal

We are dedicated to keeping Christ at the heart of our worship. We gather to pray, sing, hear the preached word, observe the ordinances, and fellowship with one another. We look to Christ’s atoning death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead as the central event in Scripture– indeed, it is through trust in Christ’s sacrifice that we find hope.

The Format

Service length will be 75-90 minutes. We do what Christians have done for centuries–read and proclaim the Scriptures, pray, sing scriptural songs and hymns, and partake of the Lord’s Table. We are dedicated to expository preaching, and to offering clear, practical and straight-forward personal application of the scriptures.
